Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders of $59 or more. Orders under $59 are charged a $6.90 standard shipping fee. Extended U.S. destinations may have separate shipping rates shown at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must generally be unused, in their original condition, and include applicable packaging, parts, and accessories. Return approval is required before sending an item back. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days. After processing, Standard U.S. orders generally require 5–8 business days in transit, for an estimated total delivery time of 8–13 business days. Extended U.S. destinations generally require 7–15 business days in transit after processing.

Where do you ship?

We ship to eligible U.S. destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico where available at checkout. Separate Extended U.S. shipping rates apply to Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa. APO/FPO/DPO addresses and some other destinations may not currently be available. International shipping may also be available to select destinations. Current availability and rates are shown at checkout.
